A good sized coffee table made in Britain in the 1940s. 

Designed by Eric Lyons (British, 1912 - 1980) it's crafted from elm veneered bent ply, with a rectangular top and tapered legs.

The maker's stamp is retained on the underside - 'Tecta, Laminated Chairs, E Kahn & Co, Great Yarmouth.' Please take a look at the picture. 

Great mid century design.
