This is a very large giltwood mirror with the original mercury plate glass. Gorgeous rope twist carving. 

Absolutely stunning! 

English 19th century. Made by Charles Nosotti, Oxford Street, London - the label is still on the back. 
Originally from Milan, Charles built a large company of furniture makers which traded for 3 generations.
