Terms & Conditions relating to UK and EU Internet Sales

 Items bought unseen via our website may be returned  provided we are notified within 24 hrs after receipt of delivery .

Items purchased via our website may then be returned within 7 days or a mutually agreed period  in good condition and properly packaged via  one of our antiques carriers at a maximum cost of 150 vat inclusive, regardless of the method of transport used to deliver them. (Please note- carriage costs by antique carrier may be considerably less depending on the UK area ) return carriage costs from EU countries will be advised.

Upon receipt of items returned within the agreed period, a full refund will be made  (excluding carriage costs to  return) before the end of a thirty day period from receipt of the goods at our warehouse, provided the goods arrive in good re- saleble conditiion and are assessed as re-saleable with no repairs being needed. .

Where an item has been specially customised for a client at their specific request, and an invoice drawn for that customisation, we cannot accept those goods for return in any circumstances.

Payments may be made by debit card ( free) credit card (free) BACS payment or cheque.

No  goods will  be dispatched until payments have been cleared by our bank . All goods remain the property of James Worrall until  we are in receipt of cleared funds to our bank.

Items bought unseen and stored free at the clients request  for an unspecified period prior to delivery,  may be refunded after  delivery,  if 7 days notice is given , however then  a storage fee of 20 plus vat per week for every week of storage of said items will  be invoiced together with a 25% surcharge on the goods, and delivery/collection costs as above will be deducted.
